Our Inner Space -- Powerful concepts that can help build a successful life!

If you want health, you have to do Yoga; to keep the body fit. If you want enlightenment, look inside; see what is going on inside your inner space. There is a stream of thoughts happening inside you, all the time! Have you ever paused? Have you ever noticed it, observed it? Who is witnessing the thoughts? You assume that stream as thinking, as "you are thinking"! When you pause and observe, a part of you listens to those thoughts. Both the thinking and listening is happening. When thinking and listening is there, it is Chit (it is called as Buddhi). When you take responsibility for the stream of thoughts, that keeps on going inside you, you feel guilty. If you observe, many times the thoughts will be keep on going, as if in auto mode, but with no listening, with no attendance. That is Jada (it is called as "Chitta"). When there is no thinking, but only listening is there; thoughts keep pouring in, forced upon you, and you listen and obey; this is the most dangerous thing, leads to violence. This is the exact reason prisons are filled. People get into external prisons because of that Granthi; when only listening is there with no thinking part. Not only the external prison, but internal prison also. People build those internal prisons and get caught! Chit - thinking and listening happening (Buddhi) Jada - thinking and listening going on, but in auto mode with no attendance (Chittha) Granthi - not thinking but listening; commands, thoughts are poured upon, forced upon (Ego - Ahamkara) A name is given to you in the young age and a story, narrative is woven over time; this is the biggest mistaken identity, of the most profound kind. Ego - the source of ALL maya, all illusions and all the elusions. It is something that you believe your being is doing, but it is not; your being is just IS. Your name gives the delusion of the continuity of it. The peculiar paradox in the seeking. The true pathology is that believing in Ego (in the delusion of the continuity the name gives). The body changes every 7 and 1/2 years completely; that is the period of sade sathi (Saturn trevelling 3 signs in the zodiac); your body completely changes in that time, every cell is new!! But you still believe that it is the same. There is thinking and listening in the inner space. When you pause and listen, there is the observer, witness, who is observing the thinking and listening parts. Then there is also the witness, who is witnessing both that witness and also the thinking, listening process!! That is "Sarvadhi Sakhshi Bootham". If you have done the Ajapa Japa sadhana, you may have experienced it! "Sarvadhi Sakhshi Bootham".
